The bark of the cinchona tree not only lends Tonic Merchant it's beautiful amber colour, but also a gentle bitterness. Chosen gin spices round out this unique flavour profile giving it an alluring earthy base note.

Tonic Merchant syrups are more versatile than traditional tonic water. It still pairs wonderfully with gin however, it's unique flavour combinations allows you to create your own cocktail combinations. So much effort has been put into gin botanicals, we felt there was a need for a craft tonic for your craft gin.

The tonics in our range are made from all natural ingredients, so require refrigeration after opening.
